In 2025, our PHOENIX 600 Trenching ROV secured a landmark international contract valued at over RMB 100 million, marking a major milestone for China's deep-sea robotics industry.

The challenge was clear: deliver within six months.

From cross-regional engineering collaboration and compliance with international offshore standards to rapid supply chain execution and rigorous system validation, every challenge was broken down, tackled and solved by one team with one shared goal.

Six months later, PHOENIX was delivered on schedule, becoming China's first commercially exported deep-sea robot. The project has since led to repeat orders from leading international customers.

Innovation & Determination

Turning the unknown into the proven.

As offshore wind expanded rapidly across China, we saw an opportunity to rethink how subsea cable burial could be done—more efficiently, more reliably and with greater autonomy.

Our ambition was bold: to develop China's first fully self-developed heavy-duty subsea work robot, and the most powerful of its kind in Asia.

Starting from the ground up, our team built the technologies, engineering systems and technical standards required to make it possible. From structural design and deep-sea pressure resistance to sealing technologies and hydraulic systems, every critical capability was developed in-house.

Just seven months later, TAURUS was successfully delivered. In the same year, it completed its first offshore operation, marking the successful transition from research and development to real-world engineering applications.

From enabling offshore wind projects with TAURUS to achieving China's first commercial export of a deep-sea robot with PHOENIX, every milestone has strengthened our commitment to delivering reliable solutions for subsea operations worldwide. At the heart of this vision is a simple idea: robots should stay where the work is.

Powered by SEAgent, the world's first large language model purpose-built for deep-sea robotic mission planning and decision-making, Deep Matrix enables a new generation of subsea operations driven by embodied AI and multi-agent collaboration. Rather than relying on continuous human control from the surface, autonomous robotic systems can work together underwater to execute complex missions with greater efficiency and resilience.

This represents a fundamental shift in how subsea operations are performed. By reducing dependence on traditional surface support vessels, autonomous systems can significantly lower operating costs, improve asset availability and unlock continuous operations beyond the constraints of weather windows.
